Ways to Give
As the largest, most comprehensive communication program in the U.S with an outstanding faculty and student body, the College of Communication is uniquely positioned to re-define communication education in the 21st century.
But we can’t do it alone. As state funds to the University continue to dwindle, the support of our alumni and friends is essential to the long-term success of the College.
Your gift of any size matters. Directing a gift to the Capital Campaign, a specific department or program, or to an existing or new scholarship are just few of the many gift options available to you. But however you choose to give back to the College, you’ll be helping to assure that our students have the very best academic experience.
Investing in the College is easy - you can make a gift or pledge on-line via our secure giving page or print a gift form and mail it with your gift. And don’t forget your matching gift! If your company offers a matching gift program, you could double or triple the impact of your gift. Check to see if your employer has a matching gift program with our Matching Gift Company Search Engine. All gifts are tax deductible.

Hooked on Texas
The University of Texas at Austin’s annual giving campaign, Hooked on Texas, raises critical unrestricted resources for the University and the College. Because these annual gifts are not earmarked for a specific purpose, they allow the Dean of the College to place resources where they are most immediately needed or where opportunities are greatest. In recent years, funds have been used to attract and retain the brightest students and faculty, offer innovative academic programs, and support important research initiatives. Even a small annual gift of $10-25 can have an enormous impact.
Make a gift using our online giving form or print a gift form and mail it with your gift. If your employer offers a charitable matching gift program, you can increase the size of your gift.
Contact Wade Lee, 512-232-5466, for more information about annual giving.
