Interview Day Instructions
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first interview. Contact our office at 512-471-9421 if you will be arriving delayed so that we can inform the students waiting to interview.
When you arrive to our office, you will be directed to your interview room(s) and given a copy of your interview schedule(s). Please provide us with any changes made to your schedule as soon as possible.
Business cards – Please bring plenty of business cards as we ask for a business card from each interviewer and students will generally request recruiters’ business cards at the end of the interview.
Getting to Campus from the Airport
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located 8 miles southeast of downtown Austin. Please allow 30 to 60 minutes travel time between the airport and Communication Career Services, more if you arrive at peak traffic hours, or plan to rent a car.
As you exit the airport, head west on State Highway 71. Continue on SH 71 until you reach the northbound exit for Highway 183. Take Hwy. 183 north to the Airport Blvd. exit. Continue on Airport Blvd. until you reach Manor Road, where you will turn west (left). Proceed on Manor Road, which will turn into Dean Keaton (26th) Street as you enter campus.
Communication Career Services Location
Communication Career Services is located in the Jesse Jones Communications Center Building A on the southeast corner of Guadalupe and Dean Keaton (26th) Street. Our office is located on the main level (3rd floor) in CMA 3.102.

Parking
Parking on campus is limited. A university-operated garage (San Antonio) is located on the corner of San Antonio and 25th Street (2420 San Antonio Street). It is the building with the red arrow on the following map: http://www.utexas.edu/maps/main/buildings/sag.html
We are able to validate your parking in this garage. There is also public self-pay parking at Allright Parking on the corner of Guadalupe and 25th Street, one block west of CCS. The charge is $7.00 a day.
